1st Appointment
The first step is to arrange a time for an initial assessment. This is a chance for us to meet. I can find out more about your situation and you can ask any questions you might have.
We will discuss the matters you would like to focus on and your hopes for therapy, and I will offer a suggestion for how we might proceed. We will also discuss practical arrangements, such as time and frequency of appointments.

Number of sessions
Psychotherapy and counselling are different from medical treatment. There is no standard number of sessions that fits all individuals. Hence, the number of sessions varies depending on personal circumstances and needs. You have the right to end therapy at any time.
